Challenge:

To provide retailers with easily consumable market intelligence data that would enhance their understanding of their business against their peers on a location by location basis.

Solution:

Using our SaaS data orchestration platform, and integrated web visualisation tools we were able to provide a solution in just five months to service both small and large retailers through a range of different interfaces This solution required on-going loading and processing of billions of rows of payment transaction data hosted within a bank grade security compliant environment.

A Large Media Company

Challenge:

This media company asked us to build a single view of the customer for their marketing and reporting divisions to support their push into digital subscription based services. This required the integration of a range of both old and new systems.

Solution:

The solution took advantage of our data orchestration SaaS capability to integrate a range of complex systems and then communicate with a range of marketing, channel and provisioning systems. Our integration was able to provide an integrated view of the customer that was successfully used as the basis to co-ordinate a range of activity across different business functions (marketing, sales and on-boarding).

A Large Postal Service

Challenge:

To re-platform and enhance an existing file distribution based service to a cloud based API service.

Solution:

Using a combination of our data orchestration service and cloud based API infra structure we were able to successfully re-platform this service. Part of this service was also to establish a new tariff structure and self service interface for customers to monitor their costs and modify their service features as required.
